Steps to update alternate email address

  1. To Recover Passsword User should have Alternate email address.
  2. User should update Alternate email address in the settings.
  3. For updating your Alternate email address goto Settings → Identities → Select user Identity then enter Alternate email address and click save.
  4. Please Update all the other fields shown in the form to provide better support & Service.

Steps to Recover Forgot Passsword

  1. Enter username(xyz) without @tn.gov.in
  2. Enter Alternate email address
  3. Click on Recovery button alternate email will receive Comformation code ( *Note: Code Expire in 15min )
  4. Enter the New Passsword and Conformation Code
  5. If you don't remember registered alternate email address.
    Enter username and Click Show Alt Mail button it display masked Alternate email address
